Shrek 3: Bleh.

Just saw Shrek the Third this evening. Theater was packed. Tickets were way too expensive, and they wanted $10 for a coke & popcorn (obviously we skipped the snack). Kids around us looked mildly entertained, but that was about it. I leaned over to Margo about half way through the movie and said, "Shouldn't we be laughing by now?" only to find that she had fallen asleep. Heard people muttering about how boring it was on our way out of the theater. So sad, considering how much fun the first two were...

We had such a GREAT TIME watching your talented teens and getting to hang out with you and Margo. We'll have to come out and see you in Virginia so we don't go into withdrawals...:)
Glad you guys got to go see a movie as a family - sorry it was a bore!
We are contemplating going to see Pirates of The Carribean (although my hubby didn't like the second one..)Trilogies are tough to pull off.. (Lord of the Rings of course rocked out loud...)
