Offer Accepted

I just heard from our realtor; our offer on a new home has been accepted. We'll be in South Wales (Jeffersonton, Virginia; about 8 miles west of Warrenton). And, yes, this is the home that I first fell in love with -- the home that sold the day I found it, and the home that came back on the market the week we sold in Arizona and began looking in Virginia. Special thanks to Frankie, Nikki, Rod, & Pam for spending a long afternoon with us looking through our "short list" and considering the pros and cons of each. We're scheduling the inspection this week, and hope to close by the end of the month. (Yes, that's very quick, but will allow us to move everything right off the moving truck and into the new house.) I'm very grateful to the Lord for this blessing, and I am really excited about the idea of finally being together as a family in a place of our own. I'm looking forward to how God will use this place for building frienships, sharing the adventure of life, hosting newcomer events, gathering for holidays, learning, growing, and loving.

This is awesome news. This is the same house with the tricked out kitchen that you loved? I hope I get a tour. Looking forward to being neighbors. We live 5 minutes from South Wales, only we live in the "low rent" section. lol

Praises to our God!! I am syked for you guys.

Whoohoo! Neighbors! Yeah!

This isn't the one with the souped up ex-chef kitchen, but it does have a really, really nice kitchen. It's kind of the ultimate party house, which is what we were looking for. And we feel pretty good about the deal we got on the house, especially in comparison with the other homes we looked at and what's on the market in general. The fact that it can close in just two weeks is an extra blessing.

Congratulations, Our God is soooo good !!!

I am particularly interested in seeing how your new appreciation for exotic pets is displayed at your new house in the coming months. I think my sister would part with their Emu; I heard pot-bellied pigs make good pets.

I would like to thank the Stamps family again for housing our new Pastor, you've been most generous.

They say the kitchen is the heart of a home (or maybe it's just us Grays who think that way?) :0)

Congratulations on your new home!
We're so excited for ALL of you.

What a beautiful home to meet for fellowship. I'm sure Blossom will enjoy lots of space to play fetch. Oh and you can probably go and cut a fresh tree for Christmas. Nothing can replace the fresh smell of a Christmas tree. Its amazing how God placed that house back into your hands. Please send pictures once Margo puts the final touches on the new home.
