Heading Home
>> Monday, May 14, 2007
I'm headed home for the week, and I am very excited. Our kids are doing a production of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" next weekend. The music has already been rumbling around our house for quite some time, what with rehearsals and all. Now I get to see them finally on stage, in costume, dancing and singing and having fun. Beth is even one of the leads! My folks will be in town for the show, so that makes it an extra special blessing.

My name is Scott Heine, and I'm on a life-long journey to become more like Jesus and to share his life-changing love with others. I'm the Pastor of Hope Christian Fellowship in Warrenton, Virginia — a great church family full of terrific people. My wife, Margo, and I have three teenage kids: Benjamin, Elizabeth, and Rebecca, along with a couple of spoiled English Springer Spaniels named Dixie & Rose.

Scott - have a wonderful time with your family. I am sure that I am not alone in praying that your house will be sold soon and your family can join you in VA. Your blog inspires me and I look forward to knowing you (and your family) better.
Safe travels and great times! Mack says "hi".
